For orders inside the EU the delivery time is 2-3 business days, whereas for orders outside the EU is 3-4 business days. Please bear in mind that the time frame is always approximate. In periods with a very high demand, such as Christmas, orders may take longer to arrive.
Plastic is fantastic, but not indestructible. Please have in mind that Flipper The Clip is a very delicate piece, and each clip needs to be cared for as such. Contact with liquids may affect their durability, even salty water or your own sweat in prolonged exposure. Please keep the Flipper safe and sound inside its bag when you are not wearing it on your hair. We hope you treat it with the care it deserves after having sailed all oceans to get to you.
