Orders&Payments

How long does the preparation of my order take?

Our products are prepared with care in our atelier in 24-72 business hours*, Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays: January 1 and 6, Good Friday, Easter Monday, May 1, Pentecost Monday, June 24, August 15, September 11, September 24, October 12, November 1, December 6, 8, and 25.

*During special sales period the preparation time might take longer (7-10 days)

Where is my order?

From the moment the purchase is made, further updates regarding the status of your order will be sent via email. Please check the spam folder, if you are still waiting for any order information.
We suggest checking the order status on "My Account" section of La Manso website, if registered.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

For any order modification or cancelation request, email our Customer Service team with your request as soon as possible. Please remember that orders are prepared within 24-72 business hours and once they are processed, cannot be cancelled or modified internally.

Can I receive my products individually?

By default, in order to avoid extra packaging when unneeded, all rings are assembled in one box. If you order more than one ring and you wish to receive them individually, you can choose the individual packaging option at the product page or checkout.

Necklaces, earrings, and bracelets are already prepared individually.

What payment methods does La Manso accept?

La Manso accepts the following methods of payment:
-PayPal
-Credit or debit card

Why have I been charged twice if I only made one order?

Depending on the bank entity, your account might show two transactions: the pre-authorization and the actual payment. The pre-authorization will be released within 7-10 business days. If the amount is taken after this period, we suggest you contact your bank.

Is VAT included in the price of the products?

All prices shown at La Manso website include VAT.

How can I request an invoice?

Invoices are only sent when requested. Please contact our Customer Service team at customer-service@lamanso.shop if you need the invoice for your order.

Shipment

Where do you ship?

La Manso sends packages all over the world except Russia, Ukrania, and Belarus.

With which company are the packages sent?

La Manso ships worldwide with the courier Express UPS. To check the status of your parcel, click on this link

Shipments in Spain are managed by Correos Express. Here is the link to track your parcel.

How much is the shipping cost?

There is free worldwide shipping on orders over €150*. If the amount of your purchase is lower than this quantity, the shipping costs will appear at the checkout, since they vary depending on the location.

Please, be aware that shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs, that always depend on the destination country, will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.

How long does the shipment of my order take?

The delivery time for orders inside the EU is 2-3 business days, whereas for orders outside the EU is 3-4 business days. Please bear in mind that this timing is estimated from the moment when your order is shipped and is always approximate.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent to the client once the parcel leaves our atelier and is with the courier.

Deliveries are made on business days from 9 am to 6 pm.

Do you ship to P.O boxes?

Orders can be shipped to private addresses or P.O. boxes. 

Can I ship one order to several addresses?

There is only one shipment per order. If you wish to send different products to distinct addresses, you will have to place more than one order.

Returns

Can I ask for a return or a store credit of my order?

La Manso offers 14 calendar days from the delivery date to ask for a return or a store credit. The return costs are borne by La Manso. The courier will arrange the collection and send the item/s back to us. The requests need to be processed via this link.
*From the 11th of December we are extending the return period until January 12th.

*During special sales period, only store credits will be accepted. 

Please bear in mind that the items must be unused in perfect condition and come in their original packaging with the label (if applies). Once the parcel arrives to our atelier, if the returned product/s is/are perfect, the refund/store credit will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent.

How much does the return of my order costs?

Please find below the different options:

Spain:
Store credit: free

Refund: free

European Union:

Store credit: 5€

Refund: 10€

Rest of the world:

Store credit: 15€

Refund: 15€

The amount will be deducted once the request is processed.

*Please be aware that the shipping cost does not include local import taxes for shipments to countries outside the European Union. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and not the brand. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

Can I combine returns from different orders?

Yes. To do so, please contact us so that we can explain the procedure.

How long will it take for my request to be processed?

Once your request is authorized by La Manso team, you will receive an automated email with the return label/s to send your order back to us. Please print the document/s and follow the courier instructions.

After the reception of the parcel at our premises, please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be managed. As soon as the refund or the store credit is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

When can I expect my refund to arrive?

The refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to 15 business days for the amount to be visible in your account.

As soon as the refund is processed, the client will receive a notification via email.

Bear in mind that shipping costs won’t be reimbursed.

After Sales

Do the products have a guarantee?

La Manso offers a guarantee that covers only those defects arose from the manufacturing process. Please contact our Customer Service team to analyze your case.

Availability

How can I know when a product will be restocked?

If a product is sold out, you can subscribe to the waiting list of the item you wish to buy, through the product page on our website. You will receive a notification via email once it is back in stock!

Rings

Which ring size fits me?

Classic rings

La Manso Classic ring sizes follow our own standard. Therefore, to find the right ring size for you or a loved one, use an existing ring that fits well. Download the size guide that you find on this link and follow the instructions.

Caracola rings

The Caracola rings sizes’ are diameter-based. There are three sizes available that are shown on our size guide. You can find it here. Please bear in mind that the size of the outer shell increases with the diameter. Which means, the bigger the size of the ring, the bigger the outer shell*

What are the rings made of?

Classic rings

The base of La Manso Classic rings is methacrylate. The stones are made of diverse plastic elements, each of them with a unique finishing. These iconic rings are manufactured with the same original molds that were recovered from the first pieces that La Manso found forgotten in the back room of an old shop in Barcelona. 

Caracola rings

Our Caracola rings are made of resin and its production process is one of La Manso’s best secrets.

How can I take care of my rings?

Plastic is fantastic, but not indestructible. Please keep in mind that La Manso rings are jewels, and they need to be cared for as such. Each product is distinct since it is individually handcrafted, which gives it its uniqueness and personality. Any aggressive knock may irrevocably damage the rings. Contact with liquids may affect their durability, even salty water, or your own sweat for prolonged exposure. Take them off when cleaning your hands and avoid any solutions, specially sanitizer gel, as they might wear away their shine or weaken the structure.To keep La Manso engraving looking perfect, you can use a small brush to remove any remains.

La Manso rings are assembled by hand by our team in Barcelona and will have nearly imperceptible differences between them, which makes them unique pieces.

Clips

What are the clips made of?

It is a unique Vintage plastic mixture creation from La Manso that has been recovered from the 80s . 

How can I take care of my clips?

Plastic is fantastic, but not indestructible. Please have in mind that Flipper The Clip is a very delicate piece, and they need to be cared for as such. Contact with liquids may affect their durability, even salty water or your own sweat in prolonged exposure. Please keep the Flipper safe and sound inside its bag when you are not wearing it on your hair. We hope you treat it with the care it deserves after having sailed all oceans to get to you.

Necklaces

What are the necklaces made of? 

Each necklace is made of a different material. If you wish to know more information about a specific product, go to its page to learn more.

How can I take care of my necklace?

Please keep in mind that each necklace is a jewel, and it needs to be cared for as such. Avoid direct exposure to the sun and contact with liquids such as perfume, salty water, or your own sweat, for prolonged exposure. Take it off when taking a shower, as it might wear away the shine, its color, or weaken the structure. If your necklace includes silver, make sure to clean it regularly with the cleaning cloth we provide, as silver naturally tarnishes over time.

What are the earrings made of?

Gifts

How do the gift cards work?

La Manso Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of the purchase.
As soon as the order is completed, the Gift Card will be sent via email with a PDF document with the information attached.
You can either put your email address to print the document and have it physically or write directly your loved one's email address so that this person receives it right away in digital format! :)
Please bear in mind that La Manso Gift Cards are excluded from the Return&Exchange policy.

How can I use a gift card?

In order to use your Gift Card, proceed with the checkout. The box to enter the code will appear on the right side of the screen.
If your cart exceeds the amount available on your Gift Card, you can use it and combine it with another payment method to pay the difference.

I want to return or exchange a gift. How can I do it?
